Patricia A. Russo is the Chief Operations Officer of
Trevino & Associates. She is a 1973 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the
University of Houston-University Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mathematics. In 1990, Ms. Russo received her Master of Education degree in
Counseling, also from the University of Houston-University Park. Ms. Russo
began her educational career in 1973 as a mathematics teacher in the Houston
Independent School District (HISD). Ms. Russo holds certifications from the
Texas Education Agency in secondary English and mathematics, counseling,
mid-management and special education. During her 32 years in HISD, Ms. Russo
served as a district director for Special Populations and Programs,
principal, Special Education administrator, assistant principal, counselor,
curriculum writer and mathematics/computer science teacher. Ms. Russo has
provided educational services to students in many venues. Her educational
belief is that every student can be successful, academically and
behaviorally, with the proper guidance and instructional interventions. Please feel free
